Jim Brownrigg

James (Jim) Brownrigg is Chief Delivery Officer at Coravel, where he leads the end-to-end delivery of data center development, overseeing execution to ensure safe, predictable and scalable outcomes for hyperscaler and enterprise clients.

Jim brings more than 25 years of experience leading complex, large-scale programs across mission-critical environments. He is recognized for combining deep technical expertise with disciplined operational leadership to deliver highly complex infrastructure at scale.

Prior to Coravel, Jim spent more than two decades at Turner Construction Company, where he held a series of senior leadership roles. Most recently, as Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Turner Construction Europe, he established and scaled a dedicated data center business across key European markets, with full responsibility for performance and delivery.

Earlier, within Turner’s Advanced Technology Group, Jim played a central role in developing hyperscale data center capabilities, leading delivery of significant capacity and building major client relationships. He has also led global supply chain and prefabrication strategies and delivered major programs across advanced technology, industrial, healthcare and logistics sectors.
